La rivière Chobe est une frontière naturelle entre la Namibie et le Botswana. Nous embarquons à bord du Chobe Princess, un bateau à l'ancienne où nous serons encore seuls. Le pied! Tout le personnel à bord est au petit soin.
Nous empruntons au lever et coucher du soleil des petits bateaux à moteurs pour approcher les animaux qui viennent s'abreuver au bord de la rivière. Nous n'avions jamais vu les éléphant d'aussi prêt...
Le lendemain, nous accostons prêt d'un village et partons rencontrer les habitants. Cela fait du bien de rencontrer des êtres humains après avoir passé deux jours au milieu des éléphants!
